"Stressed Ladie's?"

This is a specially formulated diet designed to help women cope with the stress that builds during the day.

BREAKFAST
1 grapefruit
1 slice whole-wheat toast
1 cup skim milk

LUNCH
1 small portion lean, steamed chicken with a cup of spinach
1 cup herbal tea
1 Hershey's Kiss

AFTERNOON TEA
The rest of the Hershey Kisses in the bag
1 tub of Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate-chip topping

DINNER
4 bottles of wine (red or white)
2 loaves garlic bread
1 family-size Supreme pizza
3 Snickers bars

LATE NIGHT SNACK
1 whole Sarah Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer)

REMEMBER: "Stressed" spelled backward is "desserts".

  1. haha this is funny!:) brother, I notice no one leaves comments on most of your posts. so I thought I'd leave one. This is so to let you know that I really appreciate your blog and your efforts to promote a different perspective in Islamic matters. Everyone I come across has this herd mentality; that you must conform to what has been passed around as THE islam. But I, like you, have a hard time believing that there is only one way of interpreting Islam. For eg, the issue of hejab, I am with you on this. I'm thinking to start a blog and talk about some of these issues that bothers me but...we'll see. Anyway this is getting long.

    Please know that eventhough you have little to no comment, there is people out there who really appreciate your thoughts and would wish that you don't stop.
