Where have you been so long?

Why you left me alone for too long?

What has attracted you more then I?
Oh, dear I want to know,
Why you come to me on Fridays only?
I want to know,
Why you come unto me in Ramadan only?
I want to know,
Why you fill me up on Eid day only?

Oh ! Please, please do tell me
I really want to know,
Do you still remember that
For your marriage you came to me?
I want to know that,
If you still remember that,
The last place you will visit before
You go to your grave is me.
Now Eid has come,
you have all gone.
And still I want to know,
Why you have left me alone for how long
